Inventory
Every time I sit down to eat I enjoy a lot of variety of fruits, vegetables, lentils, chicken, fish, and meat continuously. Nevertheless, I have been taught that I should prioritize specific foods to be vigorous and energetic baby girl.
One of the reasons why I have my inventory of superfoods is because at nine months of age I did not like the milk formula, so my daddy and mommy decided to look for all the nutrients that the milk formula gave me in natural foods.
Reading one of my daddy's confessions, he says that although there are many flavors, I must maintain a set number of foods with different uses, as allies in my quest to live a long and healthy life.
I am 1 year old, and this is my inventory of Super Foods:
Little green leaves - Spinach
Like every day, I usually get up at 5:30 AM and have breakfast with spinach, banana, and yogurt. Yummy, yummy!
My daddy says that the spinach contains lots of micronutrients, that a pill containing all these substances would be huge and impossible to swallow.
It’s simple: I must eat my spinach.
Small tree with arms - Broccoli
My daddy tells me that the early bird early always gets the best. My breakfasts are alternated with Broccoli, yogurt, and papaya. Tasty !!
Indeed, the broccoli is among the most potent weapons in my inventory. A lot of iron that offers an incredibly high level of nutrition.
It’s all better with Broccoli.
My friendly stars - Lentils
Lunchtime! My blue bowl is always filled with a delicious soup of lentils, carrots, quinoa, and chicken (sometimes meat or fish).
Daddy has a lot of information about lentils. He always says that lentils are one of the most healthy and most economical sources of protein and an excellent source of fiber easy to find.
The best thing about this? I have my favorite soup for dinner too!
The favorite dessert - Yogurt
“you are such a strong and powerful little girl, your bones must keep getting bigger and stronger” – Daddy says every morning.
My dessert every morning at breakfast seems to be the answer. I've learned that a couple of nutrients are particularly important for building strong, healthy bones and the calcium is the answer.
The lesson: good bones every day.
A mighty fuzzy fruit - Kiwi
During the day, my sippy cup is always full of delicious kiwi juice with banana. It's fun to take it; the seeds tickle in my mouth.
Daddy says my little head is busy growing in many different ways and the Iron is a crucial nutrient role in my brain development.
My Kiwi juice has this tremendous ability: improves iron absorption in my body!
